Introduction:

This page contains additional pictures and comments of my 1937 Dodge Sedan Deluxe . I have tried to include pictures of every angle of the car inside and out. If you would like additional pictures or information please feel free to contact me.

This vehicle is all orginal from the paint to the interior. As you can see from the photos, the body has no rust, dents or dings. I know it has been garage kept since 1952 and it only has 21,571 original miles on it! All of the gauges, dials, and interior, exterior and dashboard lights are still in working order. The vehicle runs beautifully and is a pleasure to drive. I've never had any trouble starting the vehicle.

Exterior Pictures

Original factory paint job - slight oxidation but nearly perfect

Suicide Doors

Every switch, light, and gizmo on the car still works.

The windsheild wipers operate off of the engines vaccum system (not the 6 volt electrical system).

Air conditioning did not exist in 1937, so they included an adjustable air scope just below the windshield. The windshield also cranks open to let air in.

Here is a picture of the air scope open all the way.
The type of window glass they used in 1937 causes that hazy look as it ages.

Chrome center hub cap with red pin-striping

Interior

Above the gas pedal on the firewall is the pedal that causes the starter to spin.
The high/low beam switch is also located on the floor next to the clutch.

Coiled below the rear window is a shade that can be opened to keep the sun off the back of your head.

As you can see, the car Only has 21,571 Oringinal miles on it!
All of the gauges still work acurrately.

To the left and right of the Dodge emblem is a cigarette lighter and ash try. The circular dial above the emblem is a crank handle that opens the windsheild to allow addional air into the cabin during the summer.

No power steering, and the battery is located under the drivers seat.

When you adjust the front seat, the entire bench slides forward and backwards.
